1. Delivery and Shipping

 

 We help you stay in the comfort of your home, while we deliver, and you can store multiple delivery addresses in your account. Please make sure to enter your address details completely and accurately.

 

 We will contact you prior to making a delivery, and please make sure you are at home (or an adult over 18) at the time of the visit.

1.1 Delivery time.

Once you place your order, we start processing it immediately and shipping times depend on the location of the region. Delivery/Initial shipping takes 3-5 days (For international orders, it may take 2-3 extra days).

We will do our best to accommodate your preferred dates and delivery date. However, the actual delivery time may vary due to uncontrollable reasons. We will contact you at least 60 minutes before the scheduled delivery time.

Estimated delivery time is based on business days and does not include weekends and holidays.

You will receive shipping date estimates in your email.

 

1.2 Delivery process

If there is a change in the delivery address after making the invoice, you have to contact our customer service center to follow up on an issue as we do not accept phone instructions for security reasons.

 In the absence of the customer, the delivery is considered complete if the invoice/delivery notice is signed by any family member by an adult of at least 21 years of age.

Products are deemed to have been delivered in good condition upon signature of the delivery note and inspection of the product by the recipient of the product. If the recipient refuses to inspect the product, they will be responsible as no claims can be made later for damage or missing parts.

If you are not available at the agreed delivery time/date, our representative will wait at the address for 30 minutes and try to contact you. In the event that he is unable to contact you, our representative will leave and contact you at a later time.

The risk of loss or damage and title to the Products shall pass to you upon delivery of the Products and full payment of the Products.

 

1.3 Cost of delivery fee

We offer free delivery for orders over xxxxx Kuwaiti Dinars (or its equivalent in other currencies), and for orders less than xxxx, a delivery fee of 2-4 Kuwaiti Dinars (depending on your region) will be charged.

International shipping fees vary by region and you will be provided with a shipping fee at checkout.

 

1.4 Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. You can track the status of your order at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

 

2. Return and exchange

 We strongly suggest that you check your products carefully at the time of delivery. Purchased products may be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase subject to the following conditions:

 The products must be in good condition for sale.

 If the products have a manufacturing defect

 - We have the right to refuse to return or exchange the product if it was sold during special promotions or discounts.

Refunds on K-net and Visa/MasterCard can take up to 4-6 weeks, and you also have the option to accept gift vouchers in lieu of a refund.
